Purpose
This
paper
explores
the
drivers
and
inhibitors
of
transition
entrepreneurial
family
firms
from
small
to
large
firms.
We
adopt
two
contrasting
theoretical
perspectives,
i.e.
agency
stewardship,
explore
effects
power
on
size
transition.
Design/methodology/approach
adopted

that

a

longitudinal

Purpose
This
study
adopts
a
person-centered
perspective

combine

proactive
behavioral
strategies

This
study
examines
sole,
micro-,
and
small-business
entrepreneurs
organizing
their
work
in
the
business
operations

taxi
services
under
