Motivating employees through reward management for efficiency and greater job satisfaction has been a major concern of organisations. This study assessed the impact on using Nigerian Postal Service as case study. The specific objectives were to determine relationship between investigate extent which influences employees' in NIPOST. adopted survey research design whereby relevant information elicited from both primary (questionnaire) documentary sources. A sample size 81 was total population sampling. Data generated questionnaire arranged tables analysed simple percentage method mean average. hypothesis tested Pearson correlation. Findings data analysis revealed that system NIPOST not significantly improved there have issues with poor commitment levels work, labour turnover/absenteeism delay accomplishing tasks. recommended upward review workers’ salaries, proper recognition good interpersonal relationships within organisation should be encouraged implemented.
