Purpose This study aims to present a unique hybrid metaheuristic approach solving the nonlinear analysis of hall currents and electric double layer (EDL) effects in multiphase wavy flow by merging firefly algorithm (FA) water cycle (WCA). Design/methodology/approach Nonlinear Hall EDL are originally described partial differential equations, which then translated into an ordinary equation model.
