This hybrid deep-learning study focuses on pollutant concentration. It illuminates convolutional neural networks (CNN) and long short-term memory in deep learning methods (LSTM). CNNs are essential to learning, especially image processing. They ideal for pollution concentration analysis because they extract complex data features. LSTM is another important tool this study. LSTMs recurrent (RNNs) that can process store sequences. Time-series analysis, common research, benefits from them. Understanding learning's impact issues. investigates a CNN-LSTM model combines CNN feature extraction with sequence fusion lets the make smart predictions input PCA key investigation. dimensionality reduction finds variables significant relationships.

Abstract Green technology innovation (GTI) plays a pivotal role in improving environmental sustainability. Our study fills significant research gap by investigating how globalization and natural resource depletion (NRD) impact eco‐innovation. Rooted knowledge spillover ecological modernization theories, we utilize advanced panel data techniques, an aspect underexplored empirical studies. span G20 countries from 1986 to 2019, further dissected into sub‐panels—BRICS (emerging economies) G7 (advanced economies). Initial tests reveal cross‐sectional dependencies slope heterogeneities across all panels, corroborated Westerlund cointegration test indicating long‐term equilibrium. Driscoll–Kraay estimator highlights that economic social significantly drive eco‐innovation, while political deteriorates GTI. The effect of NRD is also negative for BRICS countries, economies exhibit lower vulnerability shocks. Long‐run estimates CS‐ARDL underscore the positive both short long run, remains persistent run. Panel quantile regression results prove asymmetric GTI distribution varying underlying groups. NRD, hindering progress at higher quantiles, supports eco‐innovation quantiles economies. threshold estimations confirm influence particularly highly eco‐innovative nations. These findings bear policy implications, charting path toward sustainable growth through widespread adoption green technology.
