This study examined the influence of customer experience on preference for online bus booking services in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Specifically, aims to: i) Determine familiarity with services, ii) Examine perception iii) satisfaction services. The employed a convergent parallel research design whereas both qualitative and quantitative data were collected. A sample 384 users buses their transport was involved using questionnaire that administered through Google form as one web-based tools. Qualitative analyzed content analysis descriptive statistics mean scores, standard deviations, frequency, percent computed. Talent Management (TM) has been derived from Western, mainly the US and there are gaps between westernized TM format contexts of non-Western countries when they practice Western-format TM. Therefore, this article aims to explore South Korean-style local practices through a view Resource-Based View. The also compared foreign firms in Korea four areas: talent identification via performance evaluation system, Korean style payment structure include performance-related pay dispersion, non-monetary rewarding training development. This conducted 55 semi-structured interviews employees who working for companies Korea. large were more discriminative, monetary focused rewards than firms. development programmes (e.g., job rotation) not practiced but influenced by context traditional human resource management philosophies.

The study aimed to examine Factors influencing performance enterprises Tanzania, a case Zanzibar. Qualitative quantitative techniques were used. data collected through questionnaire interview methods involved 400 respondents. Descriptive statistic correlation analysis generated using SPSS version 26 show characteristics respondents relationships between variables study. results that there is strong significance relationship dependent independent at significant .01 level (2-tailed).
