Purpose The objective of this study was to conduct a bibliometric analysis the existing literature on organizational deviance assess how far concept has progressed since its introduction in domain behavior. Design/methodology/approach This employs methodologies (citation analysis, co-citation and co-occurrence author keywords) using VOSviewer. Scopus database used, as it is largest scholarly literature. Findings findings indicate character direction research over past two decades. Organizational due psychological contract breach, context cynicism capital are three major themes deviance. Sustainable entrepreneurship positively impacts the 2030 United Nations (UN) Agenda and Goal 5. The chapter aims to discover mumpreneurs' entrepreneurial challenges enablers. Mumpreneurs are key economic growth, without attention gender dimension in development, Malaysia is unlikely achieve its growth targets. This employed a qualitative research approach under interpretive paradigm. Using purposive sampling, 20 mumpreneurs were selected as informants. found various challenges, including lack of financial assistance, poor business location, customer management, weak marketing strategy, product delivery issues, shift competition. enablers identified capital aid, motivation, skills, innovation, network, technology absorption, support. contributes literature on general specifically female entrepreneurs from perspective developing country economies.
