Objective
This
study

Purpose
Homecare
rehabilitation
professionals
(hcRPs)

COVID-19
pandemic
has
exacerbated
burnout,
mental
challenges

stress
among
hcRPs,
negatively
affecting
job
satisfaction,

factors
influencing
satisfaction

burnout

self-reported
questionnaires

support

work

with

satisfaction.

Introduction:
The
COVID-19
pandemic
has
significantly
impacted
the
home
healthcare
industry,
with
increased
rates
of
burnout
and
stress
among
homecare
rehabilitation
professionals
(hcRPs).
This
study
aimed
to
(1)
examine
nature
occupational
at
a
large
care
organization
in
Ontario,
Canada,
transitioning
out
pandemic,
(2)
assess
its
impact
on
work
participation
engagement.
Methods:
We
conducted
cross-sectional
survey
using
National
Institute
for
Occupational
Safety
Health
Generic
Job
Stress
Questionnaire
Copenhagen
Burnout
Inventory
job
stress.
Results:
One
hundred
thirty-nine
participants
identified
that
are
more
likely
occur
when
one
struggles
cope,
experiences
unexpected
circumstances,
feels
lack
control,
which
can
lead
anger
emotional
exhaustion.
adjusted
odds
ratio
exhaustion
was
5.46,
indicating
probability
experiencing
increases
as
increases.
Significant
associations
were
found
between
coping
daily
tasks
levels
burnout.
Conclusion:
