This study was aimed analyze online reviews to reveal the main factors contributing guest satisfaction in budget hotels. In addition, this research also intended identify areas needing improvement and provide valuable insights for both hoteliers researchers. qualitative examines driving Indonesian Data were collected from nearly 42,896 on TripAdvisor website. The initially categorized manually using a sample of 19,741 randomly selected former 1 star, 2 star 3 hotel guests Tripadvisor which further analyzed into specific subcategories. Reviews coded NVivo 9. reveals that while physical products e.g rooms is primary consideration, mostly concerned with cleanliness toilets, staff service attitude, breakfast offerings, location, value money, parking availability. These findings can be used develop strategies improve reputation hotels Indonesia beyond.
