Objective: The objective of this review will be to explore the paradigmatic perspectives research on self-regulated learning in non-western learners health professions education. Introduction: Studies show that there are significant cultural differences learning. However, a predominantly positivistic paradigm, attempting fit cross-cultural populations into pre-defined western conceptualizations learning, has led disregard these differences. Viewed from critical realist emerging evidence suggests need for generalizable, yet culturally sensitive models. Following independent title abstract screening by 2 reviewers, data extracted piloted extraction tool, which iteratively revised as needed. Purpose An increasing consensus has been built on advancing management scholarship in contexts other than Anglophone North America. However, debates and arguments about how to do so remain, there not a clear understanding of the progress made. Kemiskinan struktural yang dialami oleh nelayan tradisional merupakan tantangan serius memengaruhi kehidupan dan keberlangsungan komunitas mereka. Kabupaten Pacitan, sebagai wilayah pesisir kaya akan budaya maritim, tidak luput dari dampak perubahan sosial terus berlangsung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelami realitas kemiskinan dihadapi di Pacitan serta mengkaji upaya pemberdayaan dilakukan dalam menghadapi kompleks. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif data terkumpul melalui wawancara mendalam observasi lapangan, penelitian menganalisis aspek ekonomi, budaya, psikologis mempengaruhi kondisi berbagai dilakukan. Temuan menyoroti pentingnya regulasi adil akses terhadap sumber daya alam, penguatan identitas peningkatan keterlibatan komunitas, penyediaan dukungan bagi nelayan. Hasil analisis memberikan wawasan tentang dinamika dasar pengembangan kebijakan program intervensi lebih efektif meningkatkan kesejahteraan keberlanjutan tradisional.

Purpose This study, a Type 3 (emic-as-emic) indigenous research aims to explore how Kuwaiti female managers perceive the effective and ineffective behavior of colleague male working in private sector gender-based barriers they experience when with them. Design/methodology/approach Based theoretically on implicit leadership theory philosophically “pragmatic” qualitative methodology, study used critical incident technique collect empirical data applied open, axial selective coding group into discrete behavioral categories subsequently derive dimensions.
