Objective:
The
objective
of
this
review
will

to
explore
the
paradigmatic
perspectives
research
on
self-regulated
learning
in
non-western
learners
health
professions
education.

Abstract
The
international
human
resource
management
(IHRM)
field
naturally
lends
itself
to
spotlighting
the
importance
of
internal
and
external
organizational
contexts
help
understand
how
manage
employees

organizations

However,
we
argue
that

ABSTRACT
Across

globe,

well‐being

citizens.

work

assumptions

Purpose
This
study,
