Lighting load accounts for a significant portion of overall energy consumption in office buildings. To reduce this load, we have designed and built smart self-calibrating lighting control system that minimizes power automatically responds to changes daylight occupancy, while simultaneously providing personalized comfort each occupant. The measures illuminance occupancy from sensors located at work station. Using an unobtrusive self-calibration process, it estimates the relationship between dimming level bulb Subsequently, adaptive algorithm maintains desired surfaces despite environmental fluctuations by periodically recalculating power-efficient comfort-preserving bulb.
