This qualitative study sought to explore, in depth, the sporting experiences of two Canadian elite athletes related menstrual cycle. Considering male patriarchy, a novel interview approach was used facilitate between-athlete sharing and reflection on their menstruation-related experiences, initiated by an between participants without researcher being present. We tested the social-cognitive model of career self-management (CSM) using a longitudinal design. Participants were 575 college athletes who completed exploration, decisions, self-efficacy, barriers, goals, and learning experience scales. The data statistically analyzed structural equation modeling hierarchical regression analysis. results showed that decision for is an acceptable fit sample data. revealed exploration are key factors in athletes’ decision. Introduction The issue of gender inequality has a significant impact on the sporting world, with range implications and consequences. In field coaching, women are confronted inequity throughout their careers, which frequently detrimental impact. To gain deeper insight into under-representation in sport framing Female Sport Coaching Training Programme (FEMCoach) project, an investigation was carried out to examine coaches' educational support. After reviewing scientific literature, survey developed aiming analyse needs youth sports coaches practice design coaching programmes that promote equity sports. Methods present study collected analyzed data from 463 (45% 55% men) 24 different countries, competitive levels. Coaches completed 40-question online survey, divided seven topics: (1) sociodemographic data, (2) inclusion environment for practice, (3) coach professional activities, (4) menstrual cycle, hormonal contraception pregnancy/childcare, (5) barriers females sport, (6) courses, (7) differences. Results Some differences were found between men perceptions regarding or stigmas face practice. Most women's [80% (±5%)] approximately half men's [54% believe sometimes discrimination and/or mistrust most [78% (±6%)] majority [64% recognize opportunities genders. Considering presence topics related female biology education process [72% [63% considered they not approached enough, agreeing coaches, [92% (±3%)] [87% (±4%)], should be more expanded cover it. open-ended questions agreed can equality mentioned lack contents equity, identity biology. Zusammenfassung Seit dem Jahr 2022 hat die Weltgesundheitsorganisation Menstruationsgesundheit als zentrales Gesundheits- und Menschrechtsthema anerkannt. Bei der geht es um ein ganzheitliches physisches, psychisches soziales Wohlbefinden rund Monatsblutung. Regierungen sollen aktiv dazu beitragen, durch sachgerechte Menstruationsaufklärung, Bereitstellung von Menstruationsprodukten sowie medizinische Menstruationsversorgung, tradierten Tabuisierung des Themas Stigmatisierung Diskriminierung menstruierenden Menschen in den einzelnen Staaten entgegenzuwirken. Das individuelle Menstruationserleben ist oftmals negativ, geprägt Schmerz, Stress Scham. Dabei kann Periode auch Zeichen reproduktiver Gesundheit guter Allgemeingesundheit Ausdruck weiblicher Potenz gewürdigt mit Stolz verbunden werden. Der vorliegende Beitrag fächert verschiedenen Dimensionen Menstruation vor Hintergrund aktueller Debatten auf. Es werden 20 verschiedene Aspekte einem bio-psycho-sozialen Modell strukturiert. So unter anderem Menstruations-Apps, nachhaltige Monatshygiene, menstruationsfreundliche Arbeitsplätze, Menstruationssex, mediale Menstruationsdarstellungen Menstruationsaktivismus. präsentiert aktuelle Forschungsergebnisse, Praxisbeispiele Visualisierungen, sowohl sexualpädagogische Praxis sexualwissenschaftliche Forschung zur weiteren Auseinandersetzung facettenreichen Phänomen zu inspirieren.
