Purpose: Virtual service delivery models in audiology have become more accessible due to recent technological advancement and improved system-level uptake following COVID-19. Although current evidence identifies the benefits of virtual care families with children who are d/Deaf or hard hearing supports its use practice, this model is still underutilized. This research aimed gain consensus on an evidence-informed caregiver participation framework developed from a scoping review communication sciences disorders literature. Method: A two-round modified e-Delphi study was conducted survey 26 knowledge users four different countries experience care, including caregivers, audiologists, researchers, organizational leaders. The employed Delphi techniques, building synthesize existing literature informing gap, online surveys team discussions. Consensus defined numerically (75% agreement) by comparing interpreting text-based responses. Results: resulting grouped nine categories according three main readiness domains: core (opportunities participate, perceived value, willingness participate), engagement (child capacity, family–provider relationship, role process), structural (environment for participation, support, technology). Conclusion: work adds novel contributions field, through development that can be used support family involvement will guide clinical tool future efforts.
