It also explores awareness (EA) as moderating factor. Data collected from 1700 professionals in China United States were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS‐SEM). results indicate that Eco‐TFL significantly enhances GHRP, GPC, GEC, which positively mediates its effect HCW‐PEB, with EA further strengthening relationships. Cross‐cultural analysis reveals no significant differences, emphasizing model's relevance. provides actionable insights for fostering sustainable systems through practices.

Envisioning Self‐Determination theory (SDT), study employs a robust structural equation model (SEM) to evaluate direct mediation connections among key variables. A sample 430 students Kenya was selected provide data for achieving objectives study. The outcome from empirical analysis revealed that engagement strongly improve reduce FSD. In addition, emerges as crucial mediator, translating benefits seeable outcomes. included control variables discussion topic, result confirmed parental level significantly affects FSD performance. study's insight collaborates with SDT, demonstrating imperativeness fulfilling psychological needs connectedness promoting sustained participation. advances theoretical understanding provides actionable suggestions students, teachers, policy‐makers, educators address gendered disengagement.
