Background: To evaluate the color stability and surface roughness of a 3D-printed interim crown material subjected to different treatments while immersed in various mouthwashes. Methods: The specimens (n=56) were manufactured with digital light processing 3D printer. Half coated one layer Ultra Glaze varnish, other half polished OptraGloss. After initial values measured, solutions [3 mouthwashes (Andorex, Tantum Verde Listerine) distilled water] for 24 hours. solution exposures, measurements repeated, change (ΔE) was calculated. Two-way ANOVA Tukey’s test performed analyze difference (p< .05). Results: Listerine caused lower discoloration compared both polish (4.11±1.0) glaze (3.71±0.98) groups ∆E greater than perceptibility (1.3) acceptability thresholds (2.25) Before immersion, group (0.421±0.122) had did (0.073±0.024) .001). water similar (p> all showed roughness, except group, which Conclusion: Mouthwashes negatively impacted resin. use glazes crowns can be recommended long-term use.
