BACKGROUND
There
is
a
high
incidence
of
HIV
among
young
sexual
minority
men
in
Florida.
Many
are
unaware
their
status
due
to
low
testing
rates.
Counseling,
testing,
and
referral
(CTR)
services
essential
for
diagnosis
prevention
integral
the
Ending
Epidemic
(EHE)
strategic
plan.
However,
efforts
increase
CTR
have
not
been
successful.
OBJECTIVE
The
Young
Adult
Centered
Healthforce
Training
(YACHT)
program
promotes
developmentally
sensitive,
culturally
appropriate,
evidence-based
men.
This
study
tests
whether
YACHT
increases
fidelity
providers.
METHODS
Agencies
Florida
EHE
counties
that
tested
at
least
24
aged
18
29
years
2021
will
be
invited
participate.
sites
(N=42)
randomized
blocks

following
stepped
wedge
design.
Through
YACHT,
all
receive
visits
from
mystery
shoppers
(MSs),
who
trained
evaluate
complete
postvisit
quality
monitoring
assessments.

interviewing
training
technical
assistance

areas
need
identified
through
leads

by
comparing
numbers
before
versus
after
YACHT’s
implementation.
