Abstract Breast cancer is the leading cause of women's deaths and associated comorbidities. The advanced targeted strategies against breast have gained considerable attention due to their potential enhanced therapeutic efficacy over conventional therapies. In this context, phototherapies like photodynamic therapy (PDT) photothermal (PTT) shown promise as an effective alternative strategy reduced side effects, noninvasiveness, spatiotemporal specificity. With advent nanotechnology, several types nanomaterials that excellent prospects in increasing photo therapies been exploited treatment. recent years, 2D stood out promising because unique ultrathin planar structure, chemical, physical, tunable characteristics, corresponding remarkable physiochemical/biological properties. review, current status such graphene‐based nanomaterials, Mxenes, Black phosphorous, Transition Metal Dichalcogenides for photo/thermo combination‐based imaging discussed. challenges terms translational future clinical oncology are highlighted.

This study explores the utility of reduced graphene oxide (rGO) as a support material for gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) synthesized via an economically efficient and environmentally friendly electrochemical deposition method conducted at room temperature. Employing chronoamperometry (CA) method, we successfully synthesize AuNPs in aqueous solutions without additional stabilizing agents. We investigate influence substrate electrodeposition duration on growth AuNPs, indium tin glass substrates rGO, with durations comparison. research highlights straightforward rapid one-step synthesis medium correlation between Au particle size electrocatalytic performance. evaluate performance rGO-supported context methanol oxidation reaction (MOR) using cyclic voltammetry alkaline electrolyte. Notably, supported by featuring average 46 nm, exhibit superior compared to their counterparts 165 nm when employed catalysts MOR. is characterized 15 mV more negative potential (54 mv 39 mV) over 2.5 times higher peak current (0.064 mA 0.025 mA), underscoring efficiency electrocatalysts
