The reconstruction of land spatial planning and the increasing severity carbon emissions pose significant challenges to peak neutrality strategies. To establish low-carbon sustainable agricultural while achieving dual strategy goals, it is essential accurately analyze mechanisms transfer their emission effects, as well key factors influencing from transfer. Therefore, this study, based on use remote sensing data 2000 2020, proposes a accounting system for space total in Harbin-Changchun urban agglomeration over 20-year period calculated using coefficient method. Additionally, spatiotemporal patterns are analyzed standard deviation ellipse method geographical detector model. results indicate that: (1) has increased, with reduction living an expansion production space. Among type conversions, conversion between cultivated forest been most intense. (2) grassland built-up primary source net emissions. center shown migration path characterized by “eastward movement southward progression,” high-north low-south distribution pattern. Significant differences were observed at different scales. (3) Natural environmental dominate transfer, socioeconomic policy act driving forces. Elevation factor Interactions generally exhibit nonlinear enhancement, interaction elevation, annual precipitation, industrial structure showing strong explanatory power. Notably, interactions average demonstrate These findings highlight necessity government action balance ecological protection economic development, thereby providing scientific references optimizing future structures formulating regional policies.
