Green areas, thanks to their relatively unified natural systems, play several key roles. They contribute the proper functioning and sustainable development of cities also determine quality life for inhabitants. As a result, urban planners policy-makers frequently aim maximize benefits green spaces by creating various programs strategies focused on infrastructure development, such as City initiative. One objectives this program is create new parks. This research focuses developing method selecting sites parks, taking into account factors related environment, accessibility, human activity. The was carried out area Ciechanów city. To make city areas more attractive residents, authorities increase revitalize existing greenery. combination Fuzzy AHP fuzzy set theory (selecting appropriate membership each factor), along with use large diverse geospatial datasets, minimized subjectivity in prioritizing criteria allowed fully automated analysis process. Among analyzed, land emerged most significant, followed normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI) proximity surface water. results indicated that 16% deemed highly suitable park while 15% considered unsuitable. One-at-a-time (OAT) sensitivity analysis, based changes weight land-use factor, revealed 75% reduction resulted nearly 57.2% decrease unsuitable led 40% expansion locations. potential locations were compared heat map activity developed contributes discourse transparency location decisions validity used, promote provides residents access active recreation.

With the increasing frequency of floods in recent decades, particularly West Africa, many regions have faced unusual and recurrent flooding events. Communities flood-prone areas experience heightened insecurity, loss property, and, some cases, serious injuries or fatalities. Consequently, flood risk assessment mitigation become essential. This comparative study between Niamey Lokoja employs Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to delineate susceptibility, vulnerability, zones. The utilized a comprehensive range thematic layers, with weight percentages assigned each parameter as follows: 29% for elevation, 24% slope, 15% Topographic Wetness Index (TWI), 9% drainage density, distance from rivers, 4% both precipitation Normalized Difference Water (NDWI), 2% Vegetation (NDVI) soil type. To validate these weightings, consistency ratio was calculated, ensuring it remained below 10%. findings reveal that 32% area is at flooding, compared approximately Lokoja. results highlight very high potential, near Niger River, this potential decreasing elevation increases. Given current prevalence extreme weather events crucial employ effective tools mitigate their adverse impacts. research will assist decision-makers quantifying spatial vulnerability developing strategies region.

Abstract In the context of globalization, food safety has attracted much attention and become one focuses social concern. This study constructs setting monitoring indicators early warning levels based on time series analysis in order to realize finger improve efficiency accuracy management. Taking infant milk powder as a specific research object, hierarchical method is first improved by using three-scaled selection weight determination indexes construct comprehensive index function safety. Then, data, corresponding composite obtained. The prediction effects ARIMA model quadratic exponential smoothing are explored, level set appropriately. relative absolute errors range [0.02%, 0.99%] [0.0004,0.0125], which smaller than that ARMA(2,1,1) model, indicating more effective prediction. Thus, this paper chooses constructed for sets 0.7. provides new solution warning.
