Triadica sebifera is an important landscaping tree species because of its colorful autumn leaves. In recent years, some cultivars have been bred and licensed, but it can be difficult to identify them from their morphological traits due similar phenotypes. To explore the genetic relationships construct a fingerprint cultivars, licensed T. were analyzed using SSR markers. A total 179 alleles identified among 21 at 16 loci, these exhibited high level diversity (He = 0.86). The variations mainly occurred based on analysis molecular variance (AMOVA). According phylogenetic analysis, principal coordinate (PCoA), Bayesian clustering independent geographic distances, which may transplantations between regions. Some with different leaf colors showed obvious differentiation preliminary candidates for cross-breeding. Finally, was constructed two results this study provide technical support application legal protection cultivars.

Gladiolus is an important and economically valued ornamental plant grown worldwide. One of the major challenges in its micropropagation maintaining genetic stability during indirect regeneration long-term callus maintenance. The objective this study was to develop optimized shoot protocol for three commercial cultivars with consistent traits. Callus initiated from basal part extended mother corm sprout (EMCS) explants MS medium supplemented 2 mgL -1 2,4-D, NAA 1 BAP. synthesis phenolic compounds effectively controlled by addition 150 ascorbic acid, 100 citric 500 activated charcoal. This led 80% decrease accumulation across all comparison control. For regeneration, calli which were maintained over long term transferred BAP, Kin 0.25 NAA. significantly enhanced percentage (95.55%) number (39.44 shoots per explant). Additionally, cormel formation (16.66 cormels explant) at base regenerated plantlets using containing 9% sucrose indole-3-acetic without any Cormels acclimatized greenhouse 100% survival rate. To demonstrate stability, evaluated flow cytometry Inter Simple Sequence Repeat (ISSR) markers, verifying their identification plants. provides a reliable scalable gladiolus, promising applications breeding programs that aim transferring desirable traits such as disease resistance or specific floral features.
