This study explores the biosynthesis of zinc (Zn) and titanium (Ti) nanoparticles (NPs) using HG seed extract as a reducing stabilizing agent. The synthesis was initially evidenced by visible colour change, indicative metal ion reduction nanoparticle formation. UV-Vis spectroscopy confirmed presence Zn TiNPs through distinct SPR peaks at 270 nm 320 nm, respectively. SEM revealed spherical with sizes ranging from 135–225 for NPs 84.2–138 TiNPs, while TEM provided high-resolution insights, confirming their uniform morphology crystalline nature. FTIR identified bioactive compounds, including proteins phenolics, involved in stabilization, showcasing role natural capping agents. HG-mediated green process produced desirable size, morphology, stability, demonstrating its efficiency eco-friendliness. highlights potential sustainable alternative synthesis, broad applications biomedicine, environmental remediation, nanotechnology.

The unique properties of nano-sized metal oxide particles differ from those their bulk counterparts, and they have numerous biomedical applications, particularly in innovative cancer treatments involving Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) production. This study utilized Ag-doped TiO2 nanoparticles (NPs), with Ag concentrations ranging 5% to 20%, assess cytotoxicity on human liver cells (HepG2). Characterization results revealed that the doping did not alter brookite rutile phases NPs, although band gap decreased as concentration increased. In addition, cytotoxic activity was improved high levels which are owing enhanced optical factor. findings recommend NPs encourage effect HepG2 cells.

Researchers have repeatedly emphasized how urgently we to decrease the massive nitrogen fertilizer consumption support agricultural productivity and maintain a sustainable ecosystem. Using chitosan (CS) as carrier for slow release is considered potential tool reducing synthetic improving crop productivity. Therefore, two field experiments were arranged in randomized complete block design investigate effects of seven treatments including exogenous application chitosan-based NPK nano-structure (Ch/NPs-NPK) on growth, productivity, nutrient uptake traits rice worldwide strategy during 2022 2023 growing seasons. The experimental were: T1 = full recommended (recommended urea, superphosphate, potassium sulfate; control treatment), T2 70% + Ch/NPs-NPK 100 ppm, T3 T1+ 200 T4 300 T5 30% T6 T7 ppm. results revealed that (i.e., NPK+ ppm) (full NPK) resulted highest most significant growth yield well grain contents compared other treatments. combining with ppm an can be smart choice fertilizers by paddy fields without producing decline terms characteristics, or when applying NPK.
