Some experiences of integrating mental health into primary care settings, testing the feasibility World Health Organization’s Gap Action Programme, have been launched in Democratic Republic Congo to address treatment gaps. However, they not yet documented look at scaling up. This study described outcomes and lessons learned from two these experiences. A multiple case was conducted on integration programmes urban Tshamilemba district Haut-Katanga province, ongoing since 2021, rural Mangembo Kongo Central 2022. Data were collected between July August 2024 focus group discussions, interviews, document reviews, including routine information systems. We carried out descriptive statistical analyses measure indicators accessibility use services, content analysis explore learned. total 1708 individuals with disorders treated settings 2021/22 under both programmes. From 2021 2024, curative consultations rate for disorders, which unknown start programmes, reached 14.4 new cases/1000 inhabitants/year 14.2 district. Several learned, related each phase Programme.
