Abstract BACKGROUND: Clinical experience has shown that psychiatric disorders are likely to be risk factors for osteoarthritis, and the incidence of depression, as an important category disorders, been increasing year by year, but association between depression osteoarthritis not yet established. , clearly investigated. OBJECTIVE: To select a dataset from GWAS database explore relationship two Mendelian randomisation analysis. RESEARCH METHODS: A was selected using inverse variance weighting (IVW) method randomised random-effects model, results study were supplemented with randomized use MR-Egger method, among others. Health-related quality of life is a multi-dimensional concept that involves individual's perceived physical and mental health, social relationships, environment. Family members are the primary caregivers people living with schizophrenia in China, caregiver generally poorer, which may indirectly affect schizophrenia. We conducted comprehensive survey on based Schizophrenia-specific cohort Less-developed Multi-ethnic Region Southwest China to validate accessibility effectiveness family care model at level, were selected as participants Baoshan City, Yunnan Province from September 2022 March 2023, life, burden disease, sociodemographic behavioral information collected. Domain scores for physical, psychological, environment 13.50 ± 2.61, 12.67 2.40, 13.64 2.32, 12.46 1.76 respectively. In our study, we found gender, age, education personal monthly income, history smoking alcohol consumption, subjective sleep quality, relation patient, degree self-care number relapses patient all influence 1 4 domains caregivers, stratified analysis was minimize effect gender results, still could positively predict score psychological domain consumption relationships domain. We examined using Epworth Sleepiness Scale (ESS) SWB was evaluated terms self-rated health happiness. Exploratory factor analysis (EFA) used determine latent ESS, yielding two primary factors, which were designated as active passive factors. This investigation assesses the impact of healthy lifestyle behaviors on depressive symptoms among older adults in China, utilizing data from 2020 China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study (CHARLS). The analysis included 9,020 valid samples individuals aged 60 above. Sleep duration, social participation, physical exercise were examined as independent variables. Depressive measured using CESD-10 scale, with relationships analyzed through an ordered logistic regression model. study reveals significant correlations between - specifically adequate sleep, regular exercise, active participation reduced prevalence elderly (p < 0.05). These findings underscore potential interventions key strategies alleviating mental health burden China's aging population. Integration these results into public policies is recommended to enhance well-being adults.

Abstract This study draws on the Recovery Step Model and Conservation of Resources (COR) theory to propose a framework that examines how when sleep quality influences work engagement. Specifically, we tested moderated mediation model where predicts employees' engagement through enhanced self‐regulatory resources at within‐person level. Additionally, investigated whether human–animal interactions (HAIs), during micro‐breaks, moderate this indirect relationship. Overall, 155 teleworkers participated in 10‐day diary (155*10 = 1550 measurement occasions). The multilevel analysis revealed daily positively predicted by enhancing their resources. Moreover, relationship was stronger for individuals who engaged micro‐breaks involving with companion animals. As frequency HAIs increased, so did levels These findings expand recovery step furr‐recovery method demonstrating serve as beneficial hours, providing restorative function enhances In sum, least one HAI workday could have significant implications
