Abstract Background Elder abuse as an important public health issue is associated in the literature with various physical and psychological symptoms. The aim of study to determine relationship between elder depression, anxiety, stress elderly living community. Method cross‐sectional was completed 729 older people. Data were collected through a face‐to‐face interview survey form. Geriatric Mistreatment Scale (GMS) used evaluate Depression Anxiety Stress Scale‐21 (DASS‐21) stress. Multivariate regression analysis performed Results Of participants, 20.9% exposed at least one type abuse, 9.2% experienced 18.2% 4.4% neglect, 7.0% had financial abuse. general prevalence moderate very severe among respectively 17.1%, 16%, 10%. Abstract Background Social support is essential for individuals to cope with difficult circumstances. Older adults disabilities face significant challenges in engaging everyday activities. The current study examines the mediating role of perceived stress association between social and disability among Iranian community-dwelling older adults. Methods In this descriptive cross-sectional study, 300 were selected using cluster sampling from January June 2022. data collected Multidimensional Scale Perceived Support (MSPSS), World Health Organization Disability Assessment Schedule 2.0 (WHODAS 2), Cohen Stress Scale-14 (PSS-14). was analyzed structural equation modeling (SEM) Mplus. Results mean age 68.71 ± 6.13 years, ranging 60 85 years old. results revealed a relationship (β=-0.20, SE = 0.06, p < 0.001) (β 0.50, 0.05, 0.001). also confirmed (β=-0.17, 0.03, Conclusion indicated that increasing could reduce by decreasing stress. These have important implications policymakers healthcare professionals promoting healthy aging.

This study aimed to examine the association between blood pressure (BP) with health-related quality of life (HRQoL) and emotional states, considering disease awareness commitment treatment among Iranian adult population. cross-sectional uses data 7257 2449 individuals aged ≥ 20 who had completed on HRQoL respectively. Afghanistan is one largest immigrant countries world about 2.5 million Afghans live Iran. The purpose this study to investigate estimate mental disorders married Afghan women living Iran's Torbet Jam camp 2024. Methods: sample consisted 226 Torbat who were selected by random sampling. DASS-21 standard questionnaire was used collect information participants data analyzed with SPSS after collection. Results: average age 38.7 years 15% them pregnant. More than half (51.3%) reported at least disorder. prevalence depression, anxiety, stress population under 42.9%, 51.3%, 47.2%, respectively. Various diseases and symptoms often occur at advanced age. In adults, anxiety disorders are associated with an increased risk comorbidities. Although insomnia not a normal part ageing process, its prevalence increases Many people experience dissatisfaction quantity quality sleep, even if they get enough sleep. Ageing some changes parameters sleep architecture continuity. There several demographic, psychosocial, biological, behavioural factors that may contribute to life. Older subject greater for physical consequences insomnia. Patients long-term usually depression. Evidence suggests there complex bidirectional relationship between elderly. Sleep disturbances disorder pattern. Therefore, healthcare workers must obtain comprehensive information about correctly diagnose insomnia, anxiety, identify potential correlates these disorders. Taking careful complete medical history performing thorough examination aspect their evaluation. If diagnosed life, therapy should include non-drug drug treatments, taking into account possible side effects.
