Background: Madagascar is one of the lowest-income countries in Africa, and it has a poorly developed healthcare system. Malagasy women face limited access to sexual reproductive health services, which serious risk factor facilitating spread sexually transmitted infections (STIs). The aim present study was assess prevalence STIs (Trichomonas vaginalis, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Treponema pallidum, HIV-1/HIV-2) urogenital schistosomiasis, as well evaluate hematological parameters nutritional status, group from northern Madagascar. Methods: conducted April 2024 at Clinique Médicale Beyzym Manerinerina, Ambatoboeny District. Samples, included overnight urine, venous blood, vaginal swabs, were collected 159 aged 15–80 years. urine samples examined for presence Schistosoma haematobium eggs by light microscopy, swabs tested Trichomonas vaginalis gonorrhoeae (by microscopy), blood into VACUTAINER SEC collection tubes without anticoagulant HIV-1/HIV-2 pallidum using test cassettes. Results: found be 31.5%, while S. 17.6% women. Cases gonorrhea (20.1%), trichomoniasis (8.8%), syphilis (7.6%), case HIV infection identified. Conclusions: high cases Tsimihety In order improve quality Madagascar, necessary accessibility maternal, sexual, services.
