Objective: Acknowledging the key role of hardiness, importance health and its various dimensions, present study aimed to investigate simultaneous relationship between hardiness components spiritual health, burnout, general among Baqiyatallah University Medical Sciences staff. Method: 307 Sciences’ staff in Tehran with at least five years work experience participated this cross-sectional using simple random sampling. Four questionnaires were used evaluate participants: 28-item General Health Questionnaire (GHQ) assess mental problems four subscales, 22-item Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) two aspects (frequency intensity) three subscales emotional exhaustion, depersonalization personal accomplishment, 20-item Spiritual Well Being Scale (SWBS) religious well-being existential 50-item Kobasa Hardiness measure psychological control, commitment challenge. At end, conceptual models which have shown effect on burnout evaluated by path analysis. Results: According analysis results, it was found that approved univariable multivariable analyses, had significant (direct effect: -0.525, P < 0.001), 0.555, 0.001) frequency aspect: -0.523, 0.001). Thus, increasing increases while symptoms illness decrease. Conclusion: as increase well; therefore, decrease increase.

A risky pregnancy is also a challenging process associated with psychological and difficulties, pregnant women may experience perception problems. This study aimed examine relationship between self-perception alexithymia levels diagnosed high-risk pregnancies. cross-sectional was conducted 250 admitted hospital June November 2022. Data were gathered using “Socio-demographic Information Form”, Alexithymia Scale” “Pregnant Women’s Self-Perception Scale “. The data analyzed Independent T-test, One-Way Analysis Variance (ANOVA), Pearson Correlation Test, Simple Linear Regression Analysis. statistical significance level accepted p < 0.05. mean age group 30.25 ± 5.78 years. It found that there significant negative correlation total score Total Score Motherhood Perception Pregnancy Sub-dimension (r=-.197; 0.05) Body (=-.395; 0.05). one-unit increase women’s on causes decrease 1.822 points score. study’s findings indicate high motherhood but body have lower levels. who make sense express their emotions

ABSTRACT Background Low childbirth self‐efficacy is a significant indicator of vaginal birth and closely related to adverse perinatal outcomes. Background The decisions of women with high-risk pregnancies to continue or terminate a pregnancy are complex and influenced by various factors. This scoping review synthesises the qualitative literature on underlying motivations influencing these decisions. Aim analysis explores that influence women's regarding continuation termination pregnancy, considering challenges dilemmas this population faces. Methods was conducted following Joanna Briggs Institute's methodology. No date restrictions were applied search. Titles abstracts screened select original studies, cross-checking performed avoid case overlap. We included studies focused factors either when complications arose. Results Eighteen involving from different countries cultural contexts included. identifies four main themes driving decisions: health considerations, religious convictions, social political ethical moral dilemmas. Research and obstetric medicine often ignore the emotional aspect of high-risk pregnant women in clinical management care. Even more so, research does not adequately address psychosocial well-being pregnancies, particularly low middle-income countries, including South Africa. Thus, this study aimed to explore describe experiences support needs waiting for childbirth pregnancies. We conducted a descriptive phenomenological inquiry special clinics two hospitals Nkangala District Municipality Mpumalanga Province, A purposive sampling strategy was used select 15 aged 22 43 years, in-depth interviews were conducted. An inductive thematic analysis approach used. Introduction: Understanding the world of pregnant women with high obstetric risk (HOBR), contemplating reality they live in, allows for a profound understanding meanings assign to their care. This contributes establishing person-centered Objective: To understand experiences hospitalized HOBR in highly complex health institution regarding care provided by nursing professionals identifying needs. Materials and Methods: A qualitative interpretative study was conducted from 2017 2019 unit Hospital Universitario del Valle, Colombia.
