Pregnant women working in the manufacturing industry are at risk of experiencing stress both from pregnancy itself and their occupation. Supporting them to cope effectively with this is an important role nurse-midwife. This cross-sectional study investigated predictive power job strain, pregnancy-specific stress, sense coherence, self-esteem, religious belief, social support predicting coping among pregnant industry. The participants were 288 visiting antenatal department five provincial hospitals Thailand. research instruments a demographic data recording form, Thai versions Job Content Questionnaire, Revised Prenatal Distress 13-item Sense Coherence, Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale, Buddhist Belief Social Support Ways Coping Checklist-Revised. Data analyzed using descriptive statistics hierarchical multiple regression. results revealed that altogether could explain 60% variance problem-focused 57% emotion-focused was strongest predictorof coping, while coherence predictor coping. findings can be used by nurse-midwives planning interventions promote industry, focusing on enhancing reducing stress.

Objectives This study aimed to explore the mediating role of resilience and resignation coping in relationship between consultation empathy depression patients with COVID-19. Design Cross-sectional study. Setting Participants were recruited from a tertiary hospital Guangzhou, Guangdong province. Esta investigación planteó establecer en qué medida las relaciones intrafamiliares y los estilos de crianza predicen conductas antisociales adolescentes. Estudio cuantitativo con diseño correlacional causal. Se aplicaron dos escalas un cuestionario estandarizados 153 educandos secundaria. Los resultados descriptivos revelaron que interpersonales predominó el nivel regular 86,27%, prevaleció rango alto 84,97% preponderó intervalo bajo 97,39%. inferenciales mediante Rho Spearman arrojaron -0.221** (Sig.=0.006<0.01), señalando correlación inversa, baja significativa entre antisociales; no encontrando otras variables. Asimismo, modelamiento regresión lineal múltiple reveló resultaron ser fuerte predictor explican la variabilidad 71% (Sig.=0.029<0.05).
