Recurrent pregnancy loss (RPL) is characterized by the occurrence of three or more consecutive spontaneous losses before 20-24 weeks gestation. Despite significant progress in investigation biological pathways associated with unexplained RPL, precise molecular mechanisms remain elusive. Recent advances multi-omics approaches have identified numerous biomarkers that offer potential avenues for understanding underlying complexities RPL. The aim this comprehensive literature review was to investigate functional roles these candidate markers and explore possible key may contribute We also aimed elucidate networks predicted omics analyses, which hold promise providing invaluable insights into novel diagnostic therapeutic strategies women experiencing Furthermore, expands on clinical implications applications, highlighting those currently moving towards use ongoing studies developing direction.

Pig farming is essential to global agricultural economies and food security. However, reproductive disorders in sows significantly impact the economic viability sustainability of pig industry. These often result from complex interactions between pathogenic non-pathogenic factors. Preventing abortions typically more cost-effective than managing treating them, particularly intensive system. This highlights importance comprehensively understanding underlying causes abortion sows. review explores factors contributing sow disorders, including both non-infectious (environmental conditions management practices) infectious (viruses, bacteria, parasites). We also outline preventive control strategies, alongside integrated approaches, by analyzing mechanisms pregnancy disorders. Overall, implementing "One Health" concept large-scale provides an effective strategy reduce incidence rate, ensure stable livestock production, maintain a reliable pork supply.
