The purpose of this study is to highlight the prevalence COVID-19 pandemic among HCPs in Turkey using Stigma instrument (S19-HCPs). Descriptive design. In Nigeria, large, within-state variations existed in the ability to maintain PHC service volumes. Identifying characteristics of high-performing local government areas (LGAs) can improve understanding subnational systems resilience. Methods Employing a sequential explanatory mixed-methods design, we quantitatively identified ‘positive deviant’ LGAs based on their speed recovery outpatient antenatal services prepandemic levels using volume data from Nigeria’s management information system matched them comparators with similar baseline slower recoveries. 70 semistructured interviews were conducted LGA officials, facility officers community leaders sampled analyse comparisons Kruk’s resilience framework. Abstract Background No sector was spared from the devastations of global COVID-19 pandemic, which subjected health workers to unrivalled distressing experiences owing strained systems. Despite documented evidence that exacerbated workers’ mental challenges in many parts world, there are limited qualitative data on how Windhoek, were affected. The interviews conducted English face-to-face, digitally recorded (with participants’ consent), transcribed word-for-word manually analysed inductive thematic analysis. Our analysis produced five main themes twelve subthemes: (i) nature (negative positive experiences); (ii) triggers (psychological distress, work-related psychosocial factors, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) symptoms moral distress); (iii) responses (iv) coping strategies (building nurturing resilience, fulfilment career obligation maladaptive response); (v) deterrents health-seeking (stigma fear breach confidentiality, prioritising patient-care over self-care ignorance, unawareness services) Conclusion provides important insights into faced by while caring for Namibia.
