Abstract Background Although the childhood prevalence of ADHD is higher in males than females, some studies suggest that females report more severe impairment related to symptoms males. The reason for this gender paradox poorly understood. Here we explored sex differences self‐reported among adolescents and adults with without an diagnosis across clinical population‐based Norwegian cohorts. Methods We analysed data from Mother, Father, Child Cohort Study (MoBa) ( N = 90,816; 62% mean age 33.4 years), youth@hordaland study (y@h) 10,257; 53% 17.4 Adults (ANA) project 1677; 55% 29.0 years). Magyarországon a gyermek- és serdülőkori figyelemzavar hiperaktivitás (attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder – ADHD) prevalenciájáról incidenciájáról populációs szintű felmérés még nem készült. Hazánkban az ADHD kezelésére metilfenidát atomoxetin hatóanyagú gyógyszerek vannak forgalomban, azonban ismert, hogy ADHD-ban érintett gyermekek közül hányan jutnak el közfinanszírozott ellátás keretében szakemberhez, mennyien részesülnek farmakoterápiában. Vizsgálatunkban célja évenkénti prevalenciájának incidenciájának meghatározása hazai keretein belül 2013–2022 időszakban, valamint gyógyszerrel kezelt arányának azonosítása. A 0–18 éves korcsoportokban megvizsgáltuk diagnózissal megjelenők egy évre vonatkoztatott standardizált tartamprevalenciáját incidenciáját. Korcsoportok, nemek régiók szerint leíró elemezéseket végeztünk, továbbá felmértük ADHD-val diagnosztizált között gyógyszeres kezelésben részesülők arányát, náluk első diagnózis gyógyszerelés megkezdése eltelt időt elsőként választott farmakoterápia típusát. Az ellátásban legalább egyszer megjelent prevalenciája 2013-tól 2022-ig folyamatos emelkedést mutat, de nemzetközi epidemiológiai adatok alapján várható mértéktől így is jelentősen elmarad (2022-ben 0,69%). incidens betegek fiúk lányok aránya 4:1, prevalens ez arány 5:1. regionális eltérések markánsak. vizsgált időszakban egyre fiatalabb korban kerültek szakemberhez. ADHD-vel 21,7%-a részesült kezelésben, többségüknél (65,0%) volt készítmény. több ADHD-s gyermek jut diagnózishoz ellátáshoz, esetek túlnyomó többsége továbbra sem jelenik meg ellátásban. farmakoterápiás gyakorlat hazánkban eltér javaslatoktól.

Purpose: This study investigated the prevalence of attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and its associated factors among pharmacy students at Prince Songkla University in 2024. It was hypothesized that ADHD would be with various demographic, socioeconomic, historical, behavioral factors. Methods: cross-sectional descriptive involved from years 1-5 Thailand. Data were gathered 761 using a self-administered questionnaire included Adult Self-Report Scale (ASRS Screener V1.1). Descriptive statistics, chi-square test, Fisher exact multiple logistic regression employed for data analysis. Results: In total, 526 participated (participation rate: 69%), an average age 21 ± 1.57 years. The risk prevalent 14.4% respondents (76 students; 95% CI: 11.4%–17.5%). Significant increased identifying as non-binary or preferring not to report gender (adjusted odds ratio [ORadj], 3.32; CI, 1.04–10.57), having insufficient monthly income (ORadj, 2.02; 1.13–3.61), recent traffic violations 1.09–3.76). also found difficulties executive functioning, such organization procrastination, highly students. Conclusion: identified substantial students, including gender, financial challenges, patterns significantly this risk. These findings underscore necessity targeted mental health interventions university settings.
