The
current
DSM-oriented
diagnostic
paradigm
has
introduced
the
issue
of
heterogeneity,
as
it
fails
to
account
for
identification
neurological
processes
underlying
mental
illnesses,
which
affects
precision
treatment.
Research
Domain
Criteria
(RDoC)
framework
serves
a
recognized
approach
addressing
this
and
several
assessment
translation
techniques
have
been
proposed.
Among
these
methods,
transforming
RDoC
scores
from
electronic
medical
records
(EMR)
using
Natural
Language
Processing
(NLP)
emerged
suitable
technique,
demonstrating
clinical
effectiveness.
Numerous
studies
sought
use
understand
Diagnostic
Statistical
Manual
Mental
Disorders
(DSM)
categories
qualified
perspective,
but
few
examined
distribution
variations
interaction
characteristics
within
various
DSM
through
retrospective
analyses.
Therefore,
we
employed
unsupervised
learning
translate
five
domains
eRDoC
derived
patients
diagnosed
with
Major
Depressive
Disorder
(MDD),
Schizophrenia
(SCZ),
Bipolar
(BD)
at
West
China
Hospital
between
2008
2021.
characteristics,
networks,
potential
effectiveness
were
analyzed.
Using
non-parametric
statistical
tests,
found
that
MDD
had
highest
score
in
Negative
Valence
System
(NVS)
(4.1,
p
<
0.001),
while
BD
exhibited
Positive
(PVS)
(4.9,
0.001)
Arousal
(AS)
(4.4,
0.001).
SCZ
demonstrated
Cognitive
Systems
(CS)
(5.8,
Social
Processes
(SPS)
(4.6,
Through
Bayesian
network
(BN)
analysis,
identified
relatively
consistent
relationships
among
(NVS
→
AS,
NVS
CS,
PVS,
well
CS
SPS;
parameter
range
=
0.156

Lastly,
logistic
regression
Cox
proportional
hazards
models,

was
significantly
associated
length
hospital
stay

readmission

Abstract
The
aim
of
this
study
was
to
explore
the
association
between
thyroid
nodules
and
sleep
disorders
among
adult
patients
diagnosed
with
nodules.
Demographic
data
were
obtained,
baseline
nodule
characteristics
evaluated
using
ultrasonography.
Symptoms

180
participants

mean
age

years
