Abstract Objective: Food-based dietary guidelines (FBDG) are an important resource to improve population health; however, little is known about the types of strategies disseminate them. This study sought describe dissemination and content plans that were available for FBDG. Design: A cross-sectional audit FBDG with a published English-language version sourced from United Nations FAO repository. We searched publicly any corresponding in English language. Background Audience segmentation is an analysis technique that can identify meaningful subgroups within a population to inform the tailoring of dissemination strategies. We have conducted empirical clustering audience study licensed psychologists using survey data about sources knowledge they report most often consulting guide their clinical decision-making. and strategies for evidence-based practice (EBP) materials. Method Data come from 2018–2019 web-based who were members American Psychological Association (APA; N = 518, response rate 29.8%). Ten dichotomous variables assessed regularly consult decision-making (e.g., colleagues, academic literature, guidelines). used latent class segments turn similar named each segment based on segment's salient characteristics. Results Four identified: No-guidelines (45% psychologists), Research-driven (16%), Thirsty-for-knowledge (9%), No-reviews (30%). Abstract Issue Addressed Effective dissemination of public health research and evidence‐based guidelines to Early Childhood Education Care (ECEC) staff is critical for promoting transfer uptake achieving positive outcomes children. Methods A cross‐sectional study was conducted during August 2021 March 2022, with a sub‐sample Australian ECEC services participating in larger survey completed online via Computer‐Assisted Telephone Interview. Survey items assessed: influential source receiving research, type content that would influence decisions adopt preferred formats research. Results Overall, 993 service managers or from 1984 (50.0%) invited eligible the survey. Of these, 463 randomly allocated (46.7%) had complete items. The Children's Quality Authority, agencies Government Departments were most frequently selected as sources evidence.
