Undiagnosed hypertension (UHTN) remains a significant public health concern in Bangladesh, leading to severe complications due delayed diagnosis and management. This systematic review meta-analysis examined the prevalence of UHTN among adults aged 18 years older, using data from studies conducted Bangladesh published between 2010 2024. A comprehensive search major databases yielded 1028 records, which nine relevant studies, encompassing total 28949 participants, were selected evaluated for quality Newcastle-Ottawa Scale, providing valuable insights into within Bangladeshi population. The pooled was 11% (95% CI: 6%-19%) based on random-effects model, with substantial heterogeneity (I2 = 99.5%, p < 0.0001). Subgroup analyses revealed higher rural areas (13%; 95% 4%-35%) compared urban (12%; 1%-54%) elevated occupational risk bankers (17%; 0%-94%). While funnel plot asymmetry noted, Egger's test (p 0.3113) indicated no publication bias. Sensitivity analyses, including Leave-One-Out Analysis, affirmed robustness estimate. findings underscore notable geographic, occupational, sociodemographic disparities prevalence, highlighting need nationwide screening programs targeted community awareness campaigns, particularly underserved areas. Further research is imperative explore causal factors inform effective prevention management strategies.

Abstract The daily association between 24-hour physical behavior compositions (moderate-to-vigorous activity (MVPA), light (LPA), standing, sedentary, and sleep) psychological outcomes—such as momentary affective state assessments working memory—remains understudied. We investigated whether the compositions, particularly MVPA SB considering remaining behaviors, are associated with states memory. conducted an ambulatory assessment study 199 university employees. Physical behaviors were measured continuously via thigh-worn accelerometers throughout day. Affective (i.e., valence, energetic arousal, calmness) memory performance numeric updating task) captured up to six times a day electronic diaries tasks on smartphone. Bayesian multilevel compositional data analysis analyze within-person, between-person associations of composition states, Aggregated same-day outcomes used for main analyses capture concurrent associations, next-day exploratory prospective associations. Concurrent showed that higher moderate-to-vigorous relative was 2.49 [95%CI 1.00, 4.06] valence 3.65 2.11, 5.28] arousal (but not ratings at but level. Sedentary any states.
