The aim of this study was to explore the association systemic inflammatory biomarkers (systemic immune-inflammation (SII) index and response (SIRI)) with prevalence ocular disease in general population United States (U.S.). We conducted a cross-sectional subjects National Health Nutrition Examination Survey 2005–2008 years. For analysis SII index, SIRI (glaucoma, cataract, age-related macular degeneration (ARMD), diabetic retinopathy), restricted cubic spline (RCS) plot, multivariable logistic regression models, subgroup were performed. There total 5377 individuals. As shown by RCS linked ARMD risk U-shaped pattern. Additionally, linearly positive glaucoma cataract. Finally, retinopathy associated L-shaped N-shaped curves SIRI, respectively. Two new biomarkers, are closely related eye disease. different associations between diseases. This should raise more concerns lead better prevention strategies for inflammation.
