Fractures of the vertebral column, encompassing various spinal injuries, represent a significant public health burden worldwide. These injuries can lead to long-term disability, reduced quality life, and substantial healthcare costs. We utilized comprehensive data sources from Global Health Data Exchange (GHDx). The study employed incidence, prevalence, years lived with disability (YLDs) metric quantify burden. First, numbers age-standardized rates (ASRs) YLDs were assessed globally by sub-types including sex, age, socio-demographic index (SDI) regions, Burden Disease Study (GBD) countries in 2021. Furthermore, temporal trend disease was explored linear regression model 1990 cluster analysis used evaluate changing pattern related across GBD regions. Finally, age-period-cohort (APC) predict future next 25 years. Exposure fracture column contributed 7,497,446 5,371,438 545,923 higher males than females. And it older adults.
