A cross-sectional online survey incorporating the Determinants Implementation Behavior Questionnaire (DIBQ) anchored by Theoretical Domains Framework (TDF) was sent working rehabilitation practices Australia Singapore. All items on DIBQ were scored a 7-point Likert scale from "Strongly Disagree" Agree." Demographics associated with frequency PA promotion using logistic regression analysis manual backward stepwise elimination. Differences between countries measured Mann-Whitney U test. Thirty-four 32 Singapore responded survey. Seventy-four percent them correctly identified guidelines almost all (98%) agreed that therapist's role. However, only 58% encouraged ≥ 10 patients monthly be physically active. revealed > 8 years experience (AOR = 8.08: 95% CI 1.69-38.67), currently measuring 8.04: 1.73-37.39) who promote it automatically (Nature Behaviors) 8.57: 0.66-111.55) more likely PA. This study aims to identify distinct subtypes of Fear Progression (FOP) in patients with Obstructive Sleep Apnea-Hypopnea Syndrome (OSAHS) using latent profile analysis and investigate associated demographic factors facilitate personalized treatment by healthcare professionals, thereby improving clinical symptoms outcomes OSAHS patients. employed a convenience sampling method recruit 307 OSAHS. A cross-sectional survey was conducted collect data on patients' demographics, the Questionnaire-Short Form, Social Support Rating Scale, Health Promoting Lifestyle Profile II. Latent used heterogeneity FOP this patient sample. can be categorized into three subtypes: low group(16.6%), moderate group (44.3%), high (39.1%). Univariate analyses revealed that gender, education level, smoking history, exercise frequency, coexistence other chronic illnesses, sleeping posture, diagnosis, social support, health-promoting behaviors significantly influenced level FOP. Multivariate logistic regression further risk fear disease progression lower reduced engagement behaviors, sleep positions (e.g., one's side), occasional smoking, diagnostic severity describes characteristics different subtypes, which aids professionals gaining deeper understanding population status Consequently, it facilitates development more precise health promotion intervention strategies, actively responds implementation "Healthy China 2030".

This study aimed to assess the levels of physical activity (PA) in people with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), investigate impact dyspnea-related kinesiophobia on them, and further examine moderated mediation effects exercise perception self-regulatory efficacy this relationship. cross-sectional was conducted from December 2023 May 2024. Data were collected using Breathlessness Beliefs Questionnaire, International Physical Activity Questionnaire - Long Form, Exercise Benefits/Barriers Scale, Self-Regulatory Efficacy Scale. Descriptive statistics Process macro SPSS program used for data analysis. A total 239 patients COPD included, median activities 64.50 (28.00, 126.55) MET-h/week. Dyspnea-related negatively correlated perception, efficacy, PA (r = -0.503, -0.739, -0.657, P < 0.01). partially mediated (β -0.255, 95% CI [-0.353, -0.164]), moderating mediating pathway 0.100, 0.030; β 0.412, 0.001). People commonly have experienced inactivity. The model provides a better understanding how kinesiophobia, work together influence PA. Interventions seeking improve should consider these elements.

Pulmonary rehabilitation (PR) is a fundamental intervention to manage COPD, however, maintaining its benefits challenging. Engaging in physical activity might help prolong PR benefits. This study assessed the efficacy and effectiveness of personalised community-based programme sustain other health-related benefits, people with COPD. was multicentre, assessor blinded, randomised controlled trial. Following 12-weeks PR, COPD were assigned six-months (experimental group), or standard care (control group). Physical via: time spent moderate vigorous activities per day (primary outcome measure), steps/day brief assessment tool. Secondary outcomes included sedentary behaviour, functional status, peripheral muscle strength, balance, symptoms, emotional state, quality life, exacerbations healthcare utilization. Assessments performed immediately post-PR after three- six-months. Efficacy evaluated using intention-to-treat per-protocol analysis linear mixed models. Sixty-one participants group: n = 32; control 29), balanced baseline characteristics between groups (69.6 ± 8.5 years old, 84 % male, FEV1 57.1 16.7 %predicted) included. Changes all one-minute sit-to-stand significantly different (P < 0.05) at six-month follow-up. In remaining there no differences groups. The resulted better levels performance, completing No additional observed for secondary outcomes.
