Purpose: To identify the most frequently used outcome measures in interventional studies for Long Covid outpatient, home-based, and telerehabilitation physical therapy settings. Methods: Registered PROSPERO (registration number: CRD42021286714) conducted according to PRISMA guidelines, this review included performed telerehabilitation, or home-based settings, assessing adults with persistent symptoms at least 3 months post-COVID-19 infection published English, Spanish, Portuguese. A comprehensive search strategy was executed across PubMed, Embase, Scopus, PEDro, SciELO, Web of Science, CINAHL. Data were managed via Covidence, independently screened extracted by multiple authors. The risk bias assessed using National Heart, Lung, Blood Institute (NHLBI) quality assessment tool. Solid organ transplantation (SOT) is a life-saving procedure for those with end-stage dysfunction. The main goals of SOT are to improve quality life and daily function, which supported by pre- post-transplant rehabilitation. In-person rehabilitation programs have traditionally been the standard-of-care delivering patients. Many adopted virtual delivery model [telerehabilitation (TR)], an approach that has become increasingly used given restrictions in-person during COVID-19 pandemic. Presently, TR being both clinically in research variable practices. A 2-day meeting held February 2023 brought together over 30 Canadian adult pediatric researchers, clinicians, patient family partners across SOT. objectives were: (1) To facilitate knowledge exchange dialogue between partners, healthcare professionals, key stakeholders, (2) Identify gaps clinical practice TR. discussion focused on methods TR, digital tools, facilitators barriers effects physical mental health populations. Abstract Post-COVID conditions (PCC) emerged during the pandemic, prompting a rise in use of Digital Health Technologies (DHTs) to manage lockdowns and hospital overcrowding. Real-time tracking information analyses were crucial strengthening global research response. This study aims map modern digital approaches estimating prevalence, predicting, diagnosing, treating, monitoring, prognosis PCC. review was conducted by searching PubMed Scopus databases for keywords synonyms related DHTs, Smart Healthcare Systems, PCC based on World Organization definition. Articles published from 1 January 2020 21 May 2024 screened eligibility predefined inclusion criteria, PRISMA framework used report findings retained studies. Our search identified 377 studies, but we 23 studies that artificial intelligence (AI), infodemiology diagnose, estimate predict, treat, monitor Notably, few interventions infodemics identify clinical presentations disease, while most utilized Electronic Records AI tools diagnosis prevalence. However, found scarcely monitoring symptoms, involving SHS non-existent low- middle-income countries (LMICs). These show several DHTs healthcare, there is an urgent need further complex health conditions, particularly LMICs. Enhancing integrating provide promising avenues managing epidemics complications, such as
