In this study, we examined the association between hematological parameters and inflammatory indices sarcopenia in general population of United States China. The cross-sectional study was conducted using data from National Health Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) (2011-2014) Affiliated Hospital Anhui Medical University (2022-2024). We employed weighted restricted cubic spline (RCS) plots multivariable logistic regression analyses to explore with prevalence American Chinese populations. A total 8805 participants NHANES, 2598 individuals First were included our analysis. populations, roughly J-shaped curve detected RCS for mean platelet volume platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio risk sarcopenia. Additionally, positively linearly associated white blood cells, lymphocytes platelet, while it inversely cell volume. demonstrated a nonlinear some parameters, need focus more on body could provide better prevention strategies
