Printed cast models are becoming increasingly important in prosthodontics. The aim of this vitro study was to evaluate the influence print orientation and external shell thickness on accuracy stereolithography (SLA) master casts for fixed dental prostheses. Seventy-two maxillary hollow were fabricated from a standard tessellation language (STL 0) reference file containing preparations. divided into six groups (n = 12 per group) according internal (2 mm 4 mm) (0°, 10°, 20°). Discrepancies between STL 0 files printed measured using root mean square (RMS) error. Data statistically analyzed one-way Kruskal–Wallis test assess trueness, precision evaluated with Levene (α 0.05). No significant differences found any tested conditions. Print did not overall SLA
