Early kinesiotherapy with active exercises an adjuvant treatment alternative addressing disorders associated mastectomy. based on a previous study, post-mastectomy plan proposed. Objective: validate content plan. Methodology: present study was analytical, documentary quantitative approach results preliminary carried out 30 women mastectomized for cancer. En el siguiente estudio longitudinal, analizamos la influencia del remo en banco móvil con embarcaciones de mar sobre antropometría y condición física remeras supervivientes cáncer mama (n=20; 57.20 ± 6.38 años). Para ello, se llevaron a cabo dos sesiones/ semana 75 minutos duración durante 24 semanas compararon los resultados obtenidos test antropométricos antes después programa entrenamiento. Los indican una mejora estadísticamente significativa tanto parámetros antropométricos: peso (-1.75 kg), índice masa corporal (-.67 kg/m2), perímetro cintura (-3.66 cm) cadera (-2.87 cm); como las variables física: capacidad aeróbica (93.65 m); flexibilidad general (4.4 miembro superior dominante (1.44 no (1.5 fuerza muscular inferior (3.1 superior, brazo (4.34 kgf), (3.32 kgf). Por podemos concluir que un desarrollado puede ser estrategia eficaz rehabilitación mujeres mama, mejorando su antropometría, lo podría reportar beneficios estado salud calidad vida.
