Insomnia,

Traditional
Chinese
Medicine
(TCM)

treating

review

recent
research
advances
in
TCM
treatment,
integrating
classical
theories
with
modern
scientific
understanding
key
pathological
mechanisms,
including
neurotransmitter
regulation
(GABA,
monoamines),

HPA
axis,
interactions
gut
microbiota.
Growing
clinical
evidence
supports
effectiveness
prescriptions
treatments
like
acupuncture
improving
quality,
particularly
when
combined
