Perusahaan yang berbasis di sektor perdagangan khususnya dibidang digitalisasi harus dapat mengiktui perkembangan teknologi berkembang cepat dengan harapan karyawannya dituntut memaksimalkan keahliannya dalam penggunaan teknologi. Tetapi, tuntutan berlebih terhadap karyawan akan berdampak buruk bagi perusahaan karena menyebabkan meningkatnya Turnover Intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Ethical Leadership, Despotic Narcissistic dan Affective Commitment Intention PT. Elang Pangarep Indonesia. Metode penelitian menggunakan rancangan berupa uji hipotesis membuktikan Data digunakan bersifat cross-sectional, dikumpulkan satu kali pada individu sebagai unit analisis, yaitu dari PT Indonesia, Pixiu, Ezy Pulsa, metode purposive sampling. Hasil menunjukkan adanya antara Indonesia anak perusahaannya. Implikasi manajerial memberikan wawasan kepada terus meningkatkan mengurangi tingkat serta mempertahankan agar intensi pergantian karyawan.

Amaç: Bu araştırmanın amacı, kamu hastanelerinde çalışan hemşirelerin yönetici hemşirelerinin sergilediği toksik liderlik davranışlarına ilişkin algılarını belirlemek ve etkileyen sosyo-demografik mesleki özellikleri ortaya koymaktır. Gereç Yöntem: Araştırma kesitsel tanımlayıcı tasarımda gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın örneklemi, çeşitli görev yapan 306 hemşireden oluşmaktadır. Veriler, bilgi formu Yönetici Hemşirelerin Toksik Liderlik Davranışları Ölçeği aracılığıyla çevrimiçi anket tekniği kullanılarak Ocak- Haziran 2023 tarihleri arasında toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde IBM SPSS analiz programı kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: araştırmaya katılan ölçek toplamından alt boyutlarından ortalamanın altında puan aldıkları saptanmıştır. sahip olduğu algıları üzerinde yaş, deneyim kendi yöneticisinin yöneticilik süresi değişkenlerinin etkili belirlenmiştir. Sonuç: Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlara göre, hemşireler yöneticilerinin davranışlarını olarak algılamamaktadır. Ek olarak, daha ileri yaşta olan, deneyimi fazla olan algılamaktadır. Son algısı da diğerlerine kıyasla yüksektir.

This study aimed to explore the voices of Indonesian migrant nurses on their retention in Japanese healthcare facilities. A descriptive qualitative was conducted between June and September 2023. The snowball sampling method utilized recruit 22 working facilities seven prefectures Japan. Semi-structured interviews were based shared experiences. All interview data audio-recorded, transcribed verbatim, analyzed using thematic analysis. Six prominent themes 15 subthemes emerged: 1) organizational factors (caring leader, involvement decision making, career development, participation training); 2) social support systems (group support, colleagues friend support); 3) individual drive (lifelong learning persistent); 4) national policies (government public service flexibility finding a comfortable placement); 5) family (positive child education development maintaining relationship with spouse); 6) economic (staying due high salary increasing income streams). Retention Japan is multifaceted challenge that hinges various interconnected factors. has gone some way toward enhancing our understanding international nurse receiving countries.
