ABSTRACT Aim To investigate the association between emotional responses to climate change, antenatal anxiety, and maternal–fetal attachment in primigravida women. Design A multi‐site cross‐sectional research design study. Methods This study was conducted at four primary health care (PHC) facilities Damanhur district, El‐Behera, from February 2024 April 2024. Abstract Background Critical care nurses face complex ethical dilemmas and high-pressure situations that require quick decision-making. Personality traits have been recognized as influencing individuals’ decision-making processes attitudes toward safety in healthcare. Moral sensitivity helps recognize issues respond appropriately to these challenges. So, this study aimed assess the mediation role of moral on personality among critical nurses. Method This used a convenience sample method descriptive correlational research design conduct it 232 who worked at intensive units emergency departments nine Sohag Governmental Hospitals. Three tools were collect data: Sensitivity Questionnaire (MSQ), Big Five Factors Inventory sheet, Safety Attitudes (SAQ). The data analyzed using statistics inferential tests (multivariate linear regression backward method). Result revealed profiles participants, with total mean score (150.012 ± 9.628) higher scores conscientiousness openness. highest was interpersonal orientation, 22.76 3.339, meaning, 26.97 4.279.
