The worldwide scarcity of nurses is a pressing concern, with the World Health Organization predicting deficit 5.9 million globally by 2025. Notably, 89% this shortage expected to impact low- and middle-income countries. To address growing demand for nursing professionals, concept telenursing care being considered. However, there limited evidence regarding nurses' attitudes towards in Ethiopia. This study aims understand how feel about factors related it at specialized teaching referral hospital northwest We conducted cross-sectional hospital, employing simple random sampling technique gather information from 423 nurses. took place July 28 December 19, 2022/23. Descriptive statistics, including tables bar graphs, were utilized. Additionally, binary logistic regression analysis was 95% confidence intervals significance level P < 0.05 identify influencing toward telenursing. Out total 416 who responded, representing response rate 98.35%, 39.7% exhibited favorable care. Factors associated included awareness, source information, social media use, knowledge, computer access, digital training, internet training. findings indicate low positive among enhance future acceptance, implementation, policymakers, higher education institutions, other stakeholders should collaborate improve care, taking into consideration various user preferences.

Abstract Background Telenursing has become prevalent in providing care to diverse populations experiencing different health conditions both Israel and globally. The nurse-patient relationship aims improve the condition of individuals requiring services. Objectives This study evaluate nursing graduates’ skills knowledge regarding remote prior following a simulation-based telenursing training program an undergraduate degree. Methods A cohort assessed 114 third-year students using comprehensive evaluation measures knowledge, skills, attitudes, self-efficacy, clinical care. Assessments were conducted at 2 critical time points: structured intervention. Results Participant demographics revealed predominantly female sample (101/114, 88.6%), aged 20‐50 years (mean 25.68, SD 4.59 years), with moderate advanced computer internet proficiency. Notably, 91.2% (104/114) had no exposure, yet 75.4% (86/114) expressed interest. Statistical analyses demonstrated significant improvements across all measured variables, characterized by high effect sizes. Key findings included substantial increases awareness, attitudes self-efficacy; reduction perceived barriers delivery; complex interrelation dynamics between variables. multivariate analysis nuanced correlations: higher awareness consistently associated more positive increased self-efficacy. Positive correlated enhanced self-efficacy reduced barriers. Change score further indicated that facilitated attitudinal shifts, while heightened corresponded decreased implementation Conclusions underscores importance integrating targeted into education. By preparation, educational programs can equip deliver optimal COVID-19 pandemic definitively will be central future delivery, emphasizing urgent need prepare for this emerging paradigm.

The technological revolution has significantly transformed educational practices, particularly through the implementation of learning management systems (LMS). Understanding perspectives undergraduate nursing students regarding use LMS is essential, as these perceptions can influence their experiences and outcomes. This systematic review aims to identify explore factors influencing students' LMS. A was conducted by searching five electronic databases—CINAHL Plus, Medline, Embase, Web Science, Cochrane Library—for studies published between 2010 2020. An updated search performed in July 2024 ensure inclusion recent evidence. Studies were screened against predefined exclusion criteria, focusing on with included utilised a range designs: mixed-methods (4), cross-sectional (3), quantitative descriptive surveys (5), randomised controlled trials (1), qualitative (2), case quasi-experimental observational (1). quality rigorously assessed using Critical Appraisal Skills Programme (CASP), Milton Keynes Primary Care Trust (MKPCT) tools, Mixed Methods Tool (MMAT), Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) tools. Data synthesised thematic analysis, following Braun Clarke's framework. This study examined the challenges and opportunities for telenursing services’ success in remote regions of Indonesia, particularly role health communication addressing these issues. research was done using Online Research Methods (ORMs) analysed NVivo 12 Plus. The results reveal desperate need to use enhance access efficiency quality services, especially far removed from healthcare facilities. analysis showed existence significant barriers care technological infrastructure area, scant digital literacy among providers patients, fears concerning data security privacy. Additionally, there is a lack sufficient government policies resource funding, which would otherwise improve situation.
