Abstract
Background
Telenursing
has
become
prevalent
in
providing
care
to
diverse
populations
experiencing
different
health
conditions
both
Israel
and
globally.
The
nurse-patient
relationship
aims
improve
the
condition
of
individuals
requiring
services.
Objectives
This
study
evaluate
nursing
graduates’
skills
knowledge
regarding
remote
prior
following
a
simulation-based
telenursing
training
program
an
undergraduate
degree.
Methods
A
cohort
assessed
114
third-year
students
using
comprehensive
evaluation
measures
knowledge,
skills,
attitudes,
self-efficacy,
clinical
care.
Assessments
were
conducted
at
2
critical
time
points:
structured
intervention.
Results
Participant
demographics
revealed
predominantly
female
sample
(101/114,
88.6%),
aged
20‐50
years
(mean
25.68,
SD
4.59
years),
with
moderate
advanced
computer
internet
proficiency.
Notably,
91.2%
(104/114)
had
no
exposure,
yet
75.4%
(86/114)
expressed
interest.
Statistical
analyses
demonstrated
significant
improvements
across
all
measured
variables,
characterized
by
high
effect
sizes.
