Abstract Background Nurses face one of the highest risks workplace psychological violence. However, limited research has explored correlation between bullying and turnover intentions. This study aimed to investigate prevalence violence its relationship with clinical nurses’ Methods We conducted a cross-sectional 1047 nurses at Taizhou Hospital in Zhejiang Province, China, from September 16 30, 2024. Our questionnaires recorded information on demographic characteristics, belongingness scale-clinical placement experience (BES-CPE), competency inventory for registered (CIRN), work autonomy, perceived organizational support (SPOS), behaviors (WPVB), intention. Binary logistic regression was used identify factors associated intention among nurses. Results Mean scores ± SD BES-CPE, CIRN, SPOS, were 138.05 14.28, 97.35 14.52, 56.33 8.55, 57.90 9.03, 7.26 3.45, respectively. moderate (39.6%) high WPVB (64.3%) reported significantly higher intentions than those low (25.1%). Turnover also influenced by relation age, education level, professional title, total service time, marital status, monthly income (P < 0.01 all interactions). Knowledge sharing behavior of nurse specialists can cultivate nurses' core abilities, improve the quality healthcare system services, and enhance people's well-being. Ambidextrous leadership increase level knowledge behavior, but exact mechanism in remain unclear. This study investigated relationship between ambidextrous among specialists, with a specific focus on mediation roles played by perceived organizational support commitment. Health anxiety is frequently observed in university students all segments of society. also encountered health sciences students, who will play the most effective role developing and protecting public future. Therefore, this study aimed to determine relationships between digital literacy, distrust systems, effects these two factors on studying sciences. The cross-sectional population comprised from Sciences departments at Kutahya University during 2024–2025 academic year. data were collected using a questionnaire form prepared online for departments. A total 752 forms analyzed. average age participated was 21.42 ± 1.68 years, 71% female. 15.16% Department Physiotherapy Rehabilitation, 97.47% them accessed Internet via mobile phones. BACKGROUND Digital health tools are increasingly prevalent in post-operative care management, yet limited research exists on digital literacy and tool adoption among safety-net hospital populations. Understanding these factors is crucial for developing effective solutions historically underserved communities. OBJECTIVE To evaluate literacy, assess technology readiness, examine the relationship between patient-reported capabilities demographic a context at hospital. METHODS We conducted mixed-methods study with 71 patients 29 healthcare providers. Participants completed modified eHealth Literacy Scale (eHEALS) assessment questionnaire, followed by usability testing of prototype. was evaluated using 10-point Likert scale, correlations were analyzed. RESULTS Despite common assumptions about barriers populations, 69% reported high confidence (score ≥3 5-point scale) finding resources online, 60.6% expressed internet health-related questions. However, only 49.3% felt confident decision-making. Patient comfort did not significantly correlate age, but rather prior exposure, 78.9% reporting ≥10 years device experience. CONCLUSIONS have been studied contexts, there dearth populations specifically. Our findings suggest that may be more feasible settings than previously considered. gap patients' ability to find their decision-making highlights need targeted support translating into management skills.
