Clinical nursing teachers (CNTs) play a critical role in education, and their psychological capital (PsyCap) acts as an intrinsic motivational resource to assist them facing the challenges of clinical teaching. This research aims examine diversity PsyCap CNTs its associated influencing factors via latent profile analysis. A cross-sectional study 322 was conducted using four scales, following STROBE statement guidelines. The levels among could be categorized low (24.1%), moderate (53.6%), high (22.3%) PsyCap. Moreover, with multiple logistic regression analysis, there are significant effects length experience, fertility status, self-reported health, practice environment, social support on different categories (p < 0.05). majority at level, obvious classification characteristics, which influenced by sociodemographic factors, e.g., environment nursing, perceived support.
