Objetivo: este estudo avaliou os sintomas de burnout entre médicos e enfermeiros antes, durante após o cuidado dos pacientes contaminados com COVID-19. Método: transversal comparativo realizado na unidade Atenção Pulmonar um hospital público nível terciário. Foi utilizado Inventário Burnout Maslach. Resultados: 280 formulários pesquisa foram distribuídos em três períodos: antes (n=80), (n=105) (n=95) cuidados COVID-19; 172 respondidos. As taxas resposta 57,5%, 64,8% 61,1%, respectivamente. Abstract Building on the Effort Recovery Model and Conservation of Resources Theory, this study provides new theoretical empirical insights into how entrepreneurs increase their resilience by engaging in recovery experiences. Most longitudinal studies of healthcare workers' mental health during COVID-19 end in 2021. We examined trends hospital workers eight times, ending 2023. A cohort at one organization was surveyed 3-month intervals until Spring 2022 and re-surveyed 2023 using validated measures common problems. Of 538 the original cohort, 289 (54%) completed eighth survey.
