Abstract This study identified one bacterial isolate as S taphylococcus devriesei , which is resistant to cadmium (Cd), manganese (Mn), and chromium (Cr) using 16S rRNA gene sequencing. Following that, the strain sequence was submitted GenBank under accession number PQ013181. In this investigation, biosorption potential of Staphylococcus evaluated for chrmoium, cadmium, ions. The effects pH, contact time, initial concentration were examined in a batch-mode study. According our findings, after 6 h at ideal ’s maximal capabilities Cr Cd 98 81.2%, respectively. maximum Mn 95.6% 24 pH 6. SEM micrographs showed irregular cracked with wrinkles on surface absorbing studied metal It observed that alterations cell size occurred when bacterium exposed dose aggregation cells seen. Bacterial treated exhibited irregularities, featuring depressions their surfaces, wrinkles. FTIR analysis obvious peak positions intensities before process. Energy dispersive X-ray extra depositions compared control. At ultrastructural level, TEM imaging demonstrates involvement extracellular intracellular precipitates accumulated metals walls. Thus, results indicated can effectively aid remediation contaminated water moderate light levels Cd, Cr, Mn.
