Background: Sparc/osteonectin, cwcv, and kazal-like domains proteoglycan 1 (SPOCK1) is an oncogene that promotes tumor formation progression in certain types of cancer associated with poor survival rates. However, there limited information on the importance SPOCK1 gynecological cancers literature. The aim this study was to explore role ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), cervical squamous cell carcinoma endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), uterine corpus endometrial carcinomas (UCEC). Methods: data used were obtained from GEPIA2, TCGA, Kaplan-Meier Plotter, GeneMANIA, UALCAN, cBioPortal, TIMER databases. Overall (OS) relapse-free (RFS) rates evaluated by analysis. Spearman's rho statistical significance values for correlation between expression infiltration different immune cells. Results: Lower gene observed CESC UCEC compared normal tissue (p < 0.05), but OV did not differ significantly > 0.05). In OV, solely linked age; CESC, it age, stage, weight, histology; UCEC, menopausal status. Conclusions:SPOCK1 showed weak positive correlations CD8+ T cells negative CD4+ may be a potential prognostic therapeutic target cancers.

Advancements in genome sequencing technologies have uncovered the multifaceted roles of long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) human cells. Recent discoveries identified lncRNAs as major players gene regulatory pathways, highlighting their pivotal role cell growth and development. Their dysregulation is implicated onset genetic disorders age-related diseases, including cancer. Specifically, they been found to orchestrate molecular mechanisms impacting epigenetics, DNA methylation hydroxymethylation, histone modifications, chromatin remodeling, thereby significantly influencing expression. This review provides an overview current knowledge on lncRNA-mediated epigenetic regulation expression, emphasizing biomedical implications development different types cancers diseases.
