Background: The increasing prevalence of overweight and obesity among young people poses a significant public health challenge. Childhood adolescence are critical periods for establishing long-term habits. Diet plays central role in maintaining healthy weight, adherence to the Mediterranean diet has been consistently linked numerous benefits, including improved weight management overall well-being. Understanding factors that influence adolescents can help design effective interventions promote healthier eating behaviors. Objectives: This study sought explore association between following key physiological factors, age, sex, body mass index, pubertal status. Additionally, it explored how relates lifestyle behaviors such as sleep quality physical activity levels, using data from sample 668 Spanish adolescents. Method: Participants completed validated questionnaires assessing dietary habits, activity, quality, status (Tanner scale). Results: findings revealed associations status, level, while showed no influence. Adolescents with lower index tended adhere more diet, reinforcing its management. greater was observed later stages, suggesting increased nutritional awareness.
