In this study, we explored changes to female medical staff's health status under the influence of care guilt in process balancing work and family responsibilities. The mediating role time pressure within nexus was examined, an ideal concept derived from Confucian cultural context, "Zhong-yong," investigated as a moderator impact on status. As the global population ages, understanding digital health behaviors of older adults becomes increasingly crucial. In Thailand, where elderly is rapidly growing, examining how individuals use internet for health-related purposes can provide valuable insights enhancing healthcare accessibility and engagement. This study investigates among in focusing on socio-demographic factors influencing this behavior. Utilizing cross-sectional data from “Thailand Internet User Behavior Survey 2022”, which includes responses 4652 adults, employs descriptive statistics, chi-square tests, logistic regression analysis. The results reveal that approximately 10.83% purposes. analysis shows higher income (AOR = 1.298, p 0.030), level education (degree education: AOR 1.814, < 0.001), skilled occupations 2.003, residence an urban area 3.006, greater confidence (very confident: 3.153, 0.001) are significantly associated with a likelihood using Gender age did not show significant differences use, indicating relatively gender-neutral age-consistent landscape.
